Ekrem Coşkun Döner in Kusadasi is one of more than 150 points (branches) in Turkey selling doners from 100% natural beef. The slogan of this network: “Everyone has the right to know what you eat.” The finished product consists of only three components:
- Fresh roast beef;
- Onions (add optional);
- Bread loaf, made according to the recipe of the web.
The cost of doner varies by weight of meat: 6 TL (55-60 g), 9 TL (95-100 g), etc.
To get doner, you must first pay at the payment counter. The girl who accepts the payment needs to be told, or shown in the picture, which doer and how much is needed. You also need to specify with or without onions, and whether you will drink some kind of drink: airan or something else. You can pay both in cash and using a plastic card (Russian bank cards are also accepted for payment).
After payment is issued a check in which the entire order is printed. We queue up for receiving the dener and there we return the check to fulfill the order.
